碳酸钾催化合成阿司匹林的研究

摘    要:碳酸钾对水杨酸和乙酸酐合成阿司匹林具有良好催化作用。最佳实验条件:水杨酸0.029mol.水杨酸与乙酸酐的物质的量的比为1:1.75,碳酸钾用量为1.45mmol,反应时间30min,反应温度60℃,产率78.8%。

Abstract:Potassium carbonate is an excellent catalyst for the synthesis of acetyl salicylic acid from Salicylic acid and acetic anhydride ,the optimum conditions for the reaction were as foilows:The amount of salicylic acid is 0.029mol , The amount of substance ratio of salicylic acid and anthydride acetic is 1:l.75,The amount of Potassium carbonate is 1.45mmol,the reaction time is 30min,the reaction temperature is 60℃, the yield reached 78.8%.
