| Abstract: | Under the guidance of people-based principle of scientific development outlook,and after analysis and survey on six steps and three periods of school training system of the higher vocational college counselors,this paper attempts to establish a set of scientific,standard and complete school training system for higher vocational counselors which suit the need of educational management work and constructing a professional,specified and skilled counselor team. |
