| 摘 要： | 高职教育的目标是培养生产、建设第一线的实用型、应用型人才，其人才培养模式不能模仿普通本科教育的产学研模式．要实行“学研产训结合教育”的人才培养模式，因为此模式能充分体现高职教育的人才培养定位与特色。同时。要有盘好的机制来确保此模式的正常运行。

| Abstract: | The goal of higher vocational education is to cuhivate skilled and applicable talents in the front line of production and construction. It cannot copy the talents-cultivating mode in common universities and colleges which promotes the integration of production and teaching and research, but should promote the combination of teaching, research, production and training., because the mode can fully embody the orientation and characteristics of talents cultivation. Meanwhile, a good mechanism to insure the normal operation is needed. |
