| 摘 要： | 太原理工大学图书馆在山西省高校范围内率先实行了"数据库专人监测研究制",抽调专人对本馆所购买的数据库进行实时监测、开展用户信息素养教育及对数据库进行深入研究。"数据库专人监测研究制"的实施不仅提高了电子资源的利用率,拓展了用户教育的服务模式和内容,更推动了馆员的主动学习,使其不断提升自身信息素养和教学技能。

| Abstract: | Taiyuan University of Technology Library takes the lead in carrying out the "Database Monitoring and Researching by Special Librarians " in university libraries of Shanxi Province,transfers special librarians to monitor purchased databases in real time,develops information literacy education of users,and researches databases deeply.The implement of "Database Monitoring and Researching by Special Librarians "has improved the utilization rate of electronic resources,expanded the service model and contents of user education,and promoted the active learning of librarians to upgrade their information accomplishment and teaching skills. |
