| 摘 要： | 文献征集是图书馆利用非采购途径丰富馆藏的一种方式,既能扩大馆藏、满足读者需求,又能宣传图书馆工作、树立图书馆形象。国内外文献征集的成功案例表明,准确界定文献征集的主题、合理确定文献征集的范围、拓宽文献征集渠道、提升征集人员的素质、加强阶段性总结与管理等举措有助于优化图书馆文献征集流程。

| Abstract: | Literature collection is the special way of enriching collections for libraries by non-acquisition channels.It could not only expand the collection and satisfy readers’ needs,but also publicize the library work and establish the image of libraries.Some successful cases of the literature collection at home and abroad show that defining the theme of the literature collection clearly,defining the scope of the literature collection reasonably,expanding channels of the literature collection,improving the quality of workers,strengthening the stage summarize and management contribute to optimizing the process of literature collection in libraries. |
