单离子微束注入无芒雀麦种胚的实验研究

摘    要:用2.0MeV,25μm左右束斑的离子微束,以6×106 ions的剂量对无芒雀麦种胚的茎尖和根尖部位进行定点定量注入实验,结果表明,根尖和茎尖分生组织与主侧根的发育均有关系,但所起的作用各不相同。此结果为进一步研究发育调控机理和信号转导方式提供了基础。

Abstract:We implanted the SAM and RAM of bromus inermis with a 2.0 MeV of energy and 25μm of diameter proton microbeam at the fluence of 6×106 ions and had detailed observations of the bromus inermis’ root patterning parameters such as the development of primary root and the formation of lateral root etc.The results showed that obvious affections of these parameters were generated and it indicated that a relevant signal pathway might exist.
