| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,随着中国特色社会主义的不断发展,中国共产党在文化建设上实现了十大创新,极大丰富了特色民生建设的内容,拓宽了特色民生建设的路径。这些创新深刻回答了当代中国文化建设面临的方向性、根本性和战略性的大问题,体现了中国共产党引领中国社会发展高度的文化自信和文化自觉。

| Abstract: | Since reform and opening up, with the development of socialism with Chinese charac- teristics, the Communist Party has realized the ten innovations in the cultural development, which greatly enriches the contents and broadens the way of the construction of people~ livelihood with Chinese characteristics. The innovations profoundly answer the issues of directivity, essenti- ality and strategy the cultural development is facing, which symbolize the cultural confidence and cultural consciousness in Chinese social development led by the Communist Party. |
