| 摘 要： | 社会网络化对高校就业指导工作的影响是多层次、多方位和多方面的，呈现出积极与消极同时并存交错的状态。文章一方面关注社会网络化为开展高校开放式、全程式、互动式就业指导提供了新的工作思路和技术条件；另一方面，重视对高校就业工作网络化过程中不利影响的规避。要积极跟进社会网络化趋势运用现代科学技术手段探索毕业生就业工作新方法，增强毕业生就业工作的时代性和实效性，推动毕业生就业工作的建设科学化再上新台阶。

| Abstract: | The influence of social network on the university＇s employment guidance is multi-level and multi- facet, showing both a positive and negative state. What this paper is concerned about is that social network provides new approaches and technical conditions for colleges＇ open, full and interactive career guidance and that attention should be paid to avoiding adverse impact derived during the course of college employment networking.
