| 摘 要： | 文章从师范类毕业生就业结构的变化出发，分析现今师范类毕业生就业困难的原因，提出提高师范类毕业生就业易于操作实施的策略：加强职业理想和职业责任的教育，调整专业设置及培养模式，拓宽就业渠道，提高就业竞争力，培养职业素养和职业技能，转变就业观念，调整就业期望值等等。

| Abstract: | This article sets out from the change of the normal university graduates employment structure, ana- lyzes the causes of the normal university graduates employment difficulties, and proposes some strategies that may promote employment and that are easy to operate： strengthen the education of career aspirations and professional lia- bility, adjust specialty setting and training modes, expand employment channels, improve the employability and com- petitiveness, cultivate professional literacy and skills, change the concept of employment, and adjust the employment expectations. |
