| 摘 要： | 分析了实验室管理和实验教学模式对实现高等职业教育人才培养目标的影响，对职业能力和职业适应能力培养的作用。针对高职院校实验室管理和实验教学模式现状，根据高职教育人才培养目标，设计了“集中管理模块式教学”的实验室和实验教学管理模式，并就其运作提出了对策与建议。

| Abstract: | The effect of laboratory management and experimental teaching mode upon achieving educational goal in higher vocational education is analyzed,and the function on the developing the professional capability and adaptive capability is researched.According to its present condition and talents' training goal of higher vocational education,we design the new mode of laboratory management and experimental teaching,centralized management and modularization teaching.Furthermore,we put forward the suggestion and countermeasure on this new mode on the basis of the operation. |
