| 摘 要： | 拔尖创新人才的培养是一项长期复杂的系统工程,也是一道关于中国高等教育事业发展的艰深命题。早在1984年浙江大学就开始创办混合班,因材施教,淡化专业,实施工科人才理科培养。2000年又在混合班的基础上成立了以老校长之名命名的荣誉学院——竺可桢学院,为资质优异的本科学生实施特别培养。经过25年不间断的探索和实践,浙江大学在构建以宽基础、交叉性、研究型、个性化为特征的创新人才培养模式方面,取得了有益的经验和积极的成效。本文对浙江大学20多年来培养拔尖创新人才的历程、改革举措和办学经验作了较为系统的回顾与梳理,并对当前存在的问题和进一步的改革方向作了思考与探讨。
