摘    要:量子计算对未来计算能力实现跨越式发展提供了方法路径,已成为世界主要科技强国重点布局的前沿技术领域。本文以智慧芽专利数据库中的发明专利申请、授权及PCT专利申请文献作为数据源,从时间维度和技术领域两个维度综合考察中美量子计算的发展趋势,由面带点深入挖掘典型专利人及高价值专利。研究发现,美国的量子计算技术起步早,目前处于快速发展期,且已从学术研究到产业化阶段;中国的量子计算发展势头虽然很猛,但专利权人主要还是集中在高校和科研院所,且核心专利偏少。因此,根据研究结论提出要从国家层面加强量子计算顶层设计,强化基础研究和核心技术攻关,培养和造就一批高层次人才,促进产学研深度融合。

Research on the Development Trend of Quantum Computing Technology in China and the United States Based on Patentmetrics
Abstract:Quantum computing provides a way to achieve leapfrog development of computing power in the future, and has become the frontier technology field of key layout of major scientific and technological powers in the world. Taking the invention patent applications, authorizations and PCT patent application documents in the PatSnap patent database as the data source, this paper investigates the development trend of quantum computing comprehensively in China and the United States from the two dimensions of time and technical field, and digs out the typical patent holders from the point of view and high-value patents. Quantum computing technology in the United States started early and is currently in a period of rapid development, and has moved from academic research to industrialization. However, although the development momentum of quantum computing in China is very strong, patentees are mainly concentrated in universities and research institutes, and there are few core patents. According to the research results, this paper proposes that we should strengthen the top-level design of quantum computing at the national level, strengthen basic research and core technology research, cultivate and cultivate a group of high-level talents, and promote the deep integration of production, education and research.
