| 摘 要： | 成长团体是高校心理教育的基本团体模式,对于高校学生心理健康发展有积极的意义。在高校中开展成长团体需要做好成员选择、团体规划、个体面谈等准备工作,要把握团体发展过程中每个阶段的特点和任务,注意发挥影响成长团体效果的各项因素。

| Abstract: | Growth group is a basic group model in the university psychology education. It has the positive significance to the university students' psychologically healthy development. How to carry out growth group? First, preparatory work should be done such as member selecting, group plan, face-to-face interview and so on. Second, it should be known that there are four stages in the group process, their characteristic and task. Third, attention should be paid to some therapeutic factors. |
