| 摘 要： | 通过对新时期下创新人才培养的模式进行分析与讨论,并结合电子科技大学在学生科技创新基地建设上的实践与探索,总结了高校在创新人才培养过程中应起的作用和实施中应注重的问题,以及提出了对于高校创新平台建设的相关建议与设想.
