| 摘 要： | 文章着重论述了在滑冰课教学中，如何培养大学生的自我保护意识，提高大学生自我保护能力，以此来减少运动损伤的发生，从而提高大学生参加体育锻炼的热情，达到体育锻炼的效果，培养终身体育运动的习惯。
