| 摘 要： | 西部有深厚绵长的历史文化,鲜明多彩的民族文化和丰富灿烂的革命文化。加强文化建设和全面推进西部大开发关系密切,意义深远。从总体战略的角度出发,西部文化建设首先应优先发展教育事业,加强以现代企业精神为主要内容的企业文化建设,开掘丰富的旅游文化资源,实施以文化素质的提高为主要内容的群众文化建设。

| Abstract: | There are deep and long historic culture, distinct and colorful national culture and abundant and magnificent revolutionary culture in the west. There exists close relation between strengthening the cultural construction and moving forward the development of the western region in an all-round way, and far-reaching significance. It is to believe that, from the angle of the overall strategy, in the western cultural construction the educational undertaking should be developed at first, strengthening enterprise's cultural construction taking modern enterprising spirit as its main content, digging the abundant travel culture resources,realizing the mass cultural construction taking improvement of cultural dynamics as main content. |
