摘    要:混合学习即各种学习方式的结合,在形式上是在线学习与面对面学习的混合,在操作上是对媒体的适当选择和组合,但在深层次上则是基于不同教学理论的教学模式的混合。运用混合学习的理念,将新技术与传统学习方式有机结合起来进行教师教育技术培训,能够大大提高培训的绩效,为提高高校教师信息素养提供有益的思路。

Abstract:Blended learning refers to an integration of different learning methods,including integration of online learning and face-to-face learning in form, selection and combination of different media in operation,and integration of different teaching theories and models.Application of blended learning to the teacher training in educational technology will lead to much higher efficiency and provide new ideas for improving teachers' ability in information processing.
