高职生教育管理缺失的类型、成因与应对策略

摘    要:高职院校在学生教育管理工作中有三种教育管理的缺失类型,包括:高职教育形成与发展的历史沿革形成的创新性缺失;高职教育的个性特征带来的开放性缺失;高职院校教育管理人员素质和队伍建设与发展要求之间的反差造成的方向性缺失。教育管理力量缺乏、思想准备不足、重视程度不够是形成教育管理三种缺失的主要原因。教育管理工作面向社会、企业、教学、管理队伍和学生教育背景是弥补三种教育管理缺失的有效途径。

Abstract:There are three types of education and management deficiencies in higher educational institutions’ student management,including the creative deficiency in the history of higher vocational educational formation and development;the openness deficiency brought about by the personality characteristics of higher vocational education;the perplexity by the contrast between the educators’ quality and the development requirements of the institution.The main reason is the lack in educational management force, mental preparation, and importance attachment. Effective coping strategies of making up for these loses lie in that educational management should face society, enterprises, teaching, management team and the students' educational background.
