| 摘 要： | 强化公共资源管理的政府作为,对解决目前高职院校产学研结合中低水平、浮泛性、形式化的种种症结,无疑更具科学性与迫切性。政府公共资源的有效管理,可以促进政府、高职院校、企业之间产学研结合的动力机制、保障机制、评价调控机制的构建,是促进高职院校可持续发展的基本策略。

| Abstract: | Between the vocational colleges that cultivate high skilled labor force and enterprises that employ these talents,the government actions of public resources management will be scientifically and urgently important for dealing with the low level,superficiality and formalization of the combination among production,learning and research.The effective management of government public resources,and the promoting of the construction of a dynamic mechanism,a gurantee mechanism,and an assessment and regulation mechanism among the government,vocational college and enterprise are the basic strategies to promote the rapid development of vocational colleges. |
