| 摘 要： | 高校学生学籍档案是记录大学生在校表现的原始历史记录。学籍档案的管理是教学管理的重要组成部分,具有很强的政策性、原则性和服务性。学籍档案管理人员不仅需要相当的政治思想素质、法律意识、服务意识、教育管理学修养、业务能力,而且需要构建合理的素质结构,从而确保学生学籍档案的原始性、完整性和管理的科学性,为高校加强学生管理工作和用人单位量才用人提供可资参考的重要依据。

| Abstract: | College students' academic-status-archives are the original records of the performance of the college students during their school years.The managing of the students' academic-status-archives,which is strictly adhered to the principles of being oriented by policies,rules and service,is one of the important parts of the teaching management system.A professional staff managing students' academic-status-archive is not only required to be of good political and moral qualities,legal awareness,service awareness,specialized knowledge of education management,professional competence,but also required to be of reasonable quality structure.Only with the guarantee of the qualites mentioned above can we guarantee the keep these archives original,complete and scientific,providing the college management and future employer with important data for reference. |
