| 摘 要： | 随着教育改革的不断深化，现代社会对素质教育环境下的高校体育教师提出了新的要求。体育教师必须适应现代教育改革的新观念，明确素质教育对教师自身素质所提出的新标准和新要求。高校体育教师应努力学习现代教育学与心理学的理论知识，探索新的教学方法与手段，以适应现代教育改革的需要。

| Abstract: | With the deepening of educational reform, modem society has set new demands for physical education teachers at universities under the quality - oriented educational environment. Physical education teachers should hold new concepts that meet the requirements of the modern educational reform, understand the new standards and demands that teachers should live up to, and make great efforts to learn theoretical knowledge on modern pedagogy and psychology and explore new teaching methods and approaches so that they can be better equipped to meet the new demands of modern educational reform. |
