| 摘 要： | 伴随着我国高等教育的快速发展及教育服务市场的对外开放，民办高校正面临着越来越激烈的竞争。要在这种激烈的竞争中生存并不断发展壮大，民办高校迫切需要形成核心竞争力。民办高校的民办体制正是民办高校核心竞争力之所在。民办高校必须从办学理念、战略决策、人力资源、组织管理等多方入手，形成自己的竞争优势。

| Abstract: | With the swift development of our country's higher education and the opening up policy of the education service market,the civilian-run colleges and universities are facing keener and keener competition.In order to survive and constantly develop and grow up in such keen competitive conditions,the civilian-run colleges and universities urgently want to form their own kernel competitive force.It is just the civilian-run structure where the kernel competitive force of civilian-run colleges and universities.The civilian-run colleges and universities must form their own competitive superiority by starting from the school-running idea,strategic policy,human resources,organized administration. |
