| 摘 要： | 本文对管理实验的历史、发展和现状进行了深入的分析研究 ,归纳了管理研究中实验方法的体系与分类 ,详细分析了管理实验发展的四阶段与运用领域 ,深入地讨论了目前国内外关于管理实验的研究现状及限制其发展的若干因素 ,最后提出了一个基于方法论的实验管理学构想 ,指出随着管理实验的进一步发展和人们对于管理研究中实验手段的日益重视 ,实验管理学必将作为管理学的重要分支得到发展和完善。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the history, development and actuality of the management experiments. It concludes and advances the experimental method system and sorts in management study, then it analyzes the four phases and applying of the management experiments. It also discusses today's study status in this field in China and abroad and the key factors to restrict its development. At last, this paper advances a compose for experimental management based on the methodology, and points out that the experimental management is sure to be more developed and consummated with the development of the management experiments and the increasingly recognition on the experimental methods in management study. |
