| 摘 要： | 目前广西民营企业的管理中,优势与机遇同在,问题与挑战并存。职业经理人在民营企业中具有组织领导、团结合作和示范保证的作用。引进经理人可运用“空降兵”、外部引进与内部培养等方式。引进职业经理人要符合企业发展的实际,要从企业发展的高度,聘用职业经理人,对职业经理人应采取人性化管理。
