| 摘 要： | 跨界民族研究是我国边疆学的重要内容。我国西部与邻国跨界民族的形成十分复杂,有着深远的历史根源。疆域的变迁、民族的迁徙等多重情况的相互叠加是其重要成因。同一民族分布在不同的国家,政治上区别为不同国家的民族。跨界民族与国家的关系是政治隶属关系。在我国,跨界民族与国内其他民族的关系是统一国家内部各民族和而不同、彼此交融、共同发展、共同富裕,平等、团结、互助、和谐的社会主义民族关系。我国跨界民族聚居地方隶属多民族统一国家格局,不仅拥有历史继承性,而且具有现实延续性,并在时代的进程中不断巩固和发展。

| Abstract: | Study of transboundary ethnics is an important part of borderland studies of our country.The shaping of transboundary ethnics between western China and neighbouring nations went through a complicated course owing to the profound history.The leading reason for this is due to the overlapping of alterations of borders,and ethnic migrations.Since the same nation distributes among different countries and is identified as different ethnics,the relationship between transboundary ethnics and countries is one of political subordination.In our country,the relationship between transboundary ethnics and other nationalities is an equal,united,mutual-aid,and harmonious socialist national relationship,in which they are different but united,and mutually-mingled to jointly develop and prosper.With historical succession and realistic sustenance,the transboundary ethnics in our country dwell where different ethnics live together under integrated national government,which continuously strengthens and develops in the course of history. |
