| 摘 要： | 急性毒性试验结果表明,NIH小鼠对追风透骨丸的最大耐受量为120g/kg.追风透骨丸12,6,3g/kg可显著延长小鼠热板法致痛的痛阈值,并有量效关系;3个剂量组也可显著抑制醋酸所致的小鼠扭体反应;对棉球所致大鼠肉芽组织增生及鸡蛋清引起的大鼠关节肿胀均有显著的抑制作用。3个剂量组均可显著延迟大鼠实验性体内血栓形成;高剂量组使血浆凝血酶原时间,凝血酶原消耗时间,白陶土部分凝血活酶时间延长;3个剂量组可使大鼠肠系膜微循环血流速度增加,改善微循环状态,降低全血粘度和血浆粘度,并有一定的抗菌作用,对链球菌的最小抑菌浓度为50g/L.

| Abstract: | Acute toxicity test shows that maximum tolerance dose of Zhuifengtouguwan to NIH mice is 120 g/kg. 12, 6, 3g/kg of Zhuifengtouguwan have remarkable analgesic effects induced by hot plate, inhibits writhing evoked by acetic acid in mice and the swelling of the rat caused by cotton ball or by egg white. It inhibits the experimental thrombosis in rats. 12g/kg Zhuifengtouguwan obviously prolongs plasma prothrombin time. Prothrombin consumption time and kaolin part prothrombin time. All of 3 doses improve the microcirculation of rat mesentery and lower blood and blood plasma viscosity in rats. |
