薄膜太阳能电池的分类、发展与研究

摘    要:太阳能电池是当今世界发展最迅速,最有潜力的新兴能源之一,为缓解能源危机提供了一种切实可行的方法。本文首先介绍了目前国际上研究较多的几种太阳能电池,然后分析并总结了不同薄膜太阳能电池在制造成本、生产工艺、转换效率、耐用性、产品厚度等方面的优缺点及发展趋势。可以预见,随着新技术、新结构的不断创新,太阳电池的成本、转换效率和稳定性将不断提高。

Abstract:The solar cells are the world's fastest growing one of the most promising new energy, and it provides a practical method to ease the energy crisis. This paper describes the characteristics and development trend of solar cells which are researched by many scientists. Solar cells consist primarily of crystalline silicon solar cells (mono- crystalline silicon, poly -crystalline silicon) and thin -film solar cells (amorphous silicon, multiple compounds, organic thin film). And then, the advantages and disadvantages (manufacturing costs, production technology, conversion efficiency, durability, product thickness) and trends of different solar cell are analyzed and summarized. It can be predicted that, with the innovation of new technologies and new structure, the cost, conversion efficiency and stability of the solar cells will be improved continually.
