| 摘 要： | 英国、美国对政府信息增值利用非常重视,并取得了较大成效。两国都建立了严密的法律保障机制和许可机制来确保政府信息增值利用的顺利实施,这也是国际主流模式之一;但仔细分析起来,二者存在一些区别。文章对此进行了比较研究,并揭示对我国的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Government information value-added utilization is paid great attention to and has made many great achievements in Britain and America.Both countries constructed rigorous legal protection mechanism and license mechanism,which is one of international main patterns.But there are some differences in both countries by means of careful analysis.The paper makes a comparative study on it,aiming at providing reference for that in our country. |
