| 摘 要： | 高职院校图书馆绩效管理的成败在一定程度上取决于是否采用了与其性质和发展阶段相适应的绩效管理模式。高职院校图书馆具有规模小、自主权有限、人员整体素质不高、仍处于成长阶段等特点,宜采用激励型而非管控型的绩效管理模式。

| Abstract: | The success or failure of performance management in libraries of higher vocational colleges attributes to the application of a performance management mode adapting to the developing period and nature of the library.The libraries of ?higher vocational colleges,characterized as small scale,limited decision-making power,low quality of the staff as a whole,immature developing stage,should adopt an encouraging performance management mode instead of a management and control one. |
