| 摘 要： | 利用知识计量学与知识图谱的方法技术，以SSCI数据库的论文为基础，对美国创新管理期刊IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management发展历程及其研究热点进行计量研究。通过对该期刊三个时间段知识群文献的分析，可看出该刊从侧重于技术管理的定量工具方法，到侧重于产品开发、项目管理与技术转移，再到侧重于组织、战略及政策管理的大致发展脉络。其当前创新管理研究热点,主要围绕“绩效”、“创新”、“管理”、“产品开发”、“系统”和“战略”展开。
