| 摘 要： | 从高职院校科研工作的特殊性分析入手,重点分析了高职院校科研工作对于青年教师、行政管理教师及教师团队等人才队伍的建设,专业内涵建设,学院服务社会建设方面的作用,并提出注重科研管理,健全科研鼓励机制,促进科研成果转化,做好科研发展具体规划等具体措施。

| Abstract: | The thesis starts with the analysis of the specificity of scientific research in vocational colleges, and emphatically analyzes the role of research work to the construction of talent team, such as young teachers, administrators and teachers＇ work teams, to connotation construction, and to the construction of serving community. And the author puts forward some concrete measures, such as emphasizing scientific research administration, perfecting the incentive mechanism, prompting transformation of achievements in scientific research and deliberating the development plan for scientific research. |
