| 摘 要： | 成人高等教育作为一种准公共产品具有外部性，对社会产生的外部经济，同时对本科教育产生的外部不经济。本文在成人高等教育存在问题阐述基础上，探析成人高等教育的外部不经济性，通过建立模型对成人高等教育的外部不经济性、成人高等教育和本科教育的关系进行研究，并提出建议。

| Abstract: | The adult education has very strong externalities as a public goods.On one hand,it has external diseconomy on society;and on the other hand,it has external diseconomy on undergraduate education.This paper analyzes problems of today's adult education,points out the causes of these problems:external diseconomy of the adult education,suggests constructing a model to analyze the externalities of adult education and the relation between the adult education and the undergraduate education. |
