摘    要:将科学研究前沿和热点的荧光检测技术引入本科教学实践,合成了一种具有快速、高选择性和高灵敏度的新型荧光探针CMC/Tb(Ⅲ)复合物,用于对自来水中Mn2+的快速检测。该实验的实施,对学生开拓知识视野、培养创新意识和创新技能等发挥了很好的作用。

Abstract:A new fluorescence probe CMC/Tb(III) complex with high sensitivity,high selectivity and rapidity is synthesized by introducing the fluorescence detection technology of the scientific research frontier and hotspot into undergraduate teaching practice,which is used for the rapid detection of Mn^2+ in tap water. The implementation of this experiment has played a very good role in broadening students’ horizons of knowledge,cultivating their innovative consciousness and skills.
