摘    要:为适应我国新经济的快速发展,新工科建设对工程教育提出了多方协同育人、多学科交叉融合、创新产业能力、个性化人才培养的新要求。工程训练中心作为实施工程教育的重要实践教学平台,在新工科人才培养方面理应充分发挥其在新工科建设中的重要作用。但事实上,工程训练中心仍处于新工科建设的边缘地带。为此,该文结合新工科建设对工程教育的新要求,从思想意识、平台建设、教学模式、师资队伍4方面对工程训练中心进行了分析研究,并提出工程训练中心进行实践转向的改革对策。

Abstract:In order to adapt to the rapid development of China’s new economy, the construction of new engineering puts forward the new requirements for engineering education such as multi-disciplinary collaborative education, multi-disciplinary cross-integration, innovative industrial capacity, and personalized personnel training. As an important practical teaching platform for engineering education, the engineering training center should give full play to its important role in the construction of new engineering in the training of engineering talents. But in fact, the engineering training center is still on the edge of the construction of new engineering. For this reason, in combination with the new requirements of engineering education in the construction of new engineering, this paper analyses and studies the engineering training center from four aspects such as the ideology, platform construction, teaching mode and teaching staff, and puts forward the reform countermeasures for the practical turn of the engineering training center.
