摘    要:结合新工科建设和课程教学内容,设计了天线制造过程三维虚拟实验。采用虚拟生产过程仿真软件Quest实现了制造过程虚拟操作和虚拟制造实验,利用Quest软件的车间三维布局与物流建模功能实现了制造过程建模、参数仿真等实验内容。虚拟仿真实验激发了学生课程学习的兴趣,增强了学生对生产技术的感性认识,能有效解决实践教学中生产装备不足的问题,取得了较好的实验教学效果。

Abstract:In combination with the construction of the new engineering and the teaching content,a 3D virtual experiment of the antenna manufacturing process is designed. The experiment for the virtual operation and virtual manufacturing in such process is realized by using the virtual production process simulation software Quest. The experimental contents of manufacturing process modeling and parameter simulation are achieved by using the 3D layout and logistics modeling function of the workshop of Quest software. The development of the virtual simulation experiment stimulates students’ interest in course learning,enhances their perceptual knowledge about production technology,effectively solves the problem of insufficient equipment in practical teaching,and achieves good experimental teaching results.
