模块化智能实验装置在化工精馏实验教学中的应用

摘    要:精馏实验是重要的化工单元操作实验,学生仅仅通过单一的实验过程无法对精馏有深入的理解。采用模块化智能实验装置模拟化工过程,可以让学生利用该平台便捷地进行各种精馏实验操作。化工流程模拟丰富了精馏实验的教学内容,并为后续化工实验教学方式的创新和变革带来可能。

Abstract:Distillation experiment is an important chemical unit operation experiment.Students can't have a deep understanding of distillation only through a single experimental process.Using the modular intelligent experimental device to simulate the chemical process,students can use the platform to carry out various distillation experiments conveniently.Chemical process simulation enriches the teaching content of distillation experiment,and brings about the possibility of innovation and change of the following chemical experiment teaching methods.
