高校实验室安全工作现状分析与对策研究——以天津市市属普通高校为例

摘    要:为推动高校的教学实验室安全管理工作,天津市采取有效措施,构建了天津市高校实验室安全管理体系,建立了实验室安全运行机制,加大了实验室安全工作经费投入,开展实验室安全宣传教育,落实安全准入制,进行全覆盖的实验室安全专项检查、制定安全应急预案,加强培训演练等。通过分析实验室安全中存在的问题,从6方面提出了加强实验室安全的对策。

Abstract:In order to promote the safety management of teaching laboratories in colleges and universities,Tianjin has taken effective measures to construct the safety management system of laboratories in colleges and universities in Tianjin,establish the safety operation mechanism of laboratories,increase the investment of funds for laboratory safety work,carry out laboratory safety publicity and education,implement the safety access system,fully cover the special inspection of laboratory safety,formulate safety emergency plans,strengthen training exercises,etc.By analyzing the problems existing in laboratory safety,the countermeasures for strengthening laboratory safety are put forward from six aspects.
