半夏生物碱提取方法及抗氧化性研究

摘    要:研究了不同提取方法对半夏生物碱含量的影响,并对半夏生物碱的抗氧化性进行分析。结果表明,最佳提取方法为热浸,最佳提取时间为1 h,最佳温度分为35~40℃,稳定性、精密度和回收率分别为0.341%、0.052%和102.56%。半夏DPPH自由基清除活性显著高于超氧自由基清除活性和羟自由基清除活性。该提取方法简单、省时、稳定,该方法可以应用于大学生综合性实验中。

Abstract:The effects of different extraction methods on the alkaloids content of Pinellia ternata are studied, and the antioxidant activity of the alkaloids is analyzed. The results show that the optimum extraction method is hot soaking, the optimum extraction time is 1 h, and the optimum temperature is from 35 °C to 40 °C. The stability, precision and recovery are 0.341%, 0.052% and 102.56% respectively. DPPH radical scavenging activity of Pinellia ternata is significantly higher than superoxide radical scavenging activity and hydroxyl radical scavenging activity. This method is simple, time-saving and stable, so it can be applied to comprehensive experiments for college students.
