新工科背景下虚实结合虚拟仿真实验项目的建设

摘    要:针对化工生产设备和工艺装置复杂、危险化学品门类多、生产操作危险性大的问题,在化学工程与工艺专业的实验教学中构建了化工产品实验室合成、化工工艺流程仿真训练、化工产品中试生产实训三位一体的虚实结合虚拟仿真实验项目。通过实验项目的实践训练,培养学生独立工作能力、解决复杂工程问题的能力和团队合作精神,努力造就"会思考、能实战、讲诚信、善创新、可持续"的化工专业创新型人才。

Abstract:In view of the problems of complex chemical production equipment and process equipment, multiple categories of hazardous chemicals and high risk of production operation, a virtual simulation experiment project with combination of virtuality and reality is constructed for the experimental teaching of Chemical Engineering and Process specialty, which includes chemical product laboratory synthesis, chemical process simulation training and pilot production training of chemical products. Through the practical training of experimental projects, students’ ability to work independently, solve complex engineering problems and team spirit are trained, and innovative talents of Chemical Engineering specialty who are able to think and are practical, honest, innovative and sustainable are brought up.
