冷库门无线远程控制实验研究

摘    要:为解决冷库门开关时因驱动电机运行状态变化而存在安全隐患的问题,开发了基于Wi-Fi的冷库门无线远程控制系统。该系统以STM32F103C8T6为主控芯片,设计了电机驱动电路、相电流检测电路、欠压保护电路和转速测量电路,通过Wi-Fi转串口芯片USR-WIFI232,将采集到的电机相电流值和转速值发送到上位机监控系统,并据此对冷库门电机进行实时控制,有效消除了冷库门运动过程中存在的安全隐患。

Abstract:In order to solve the hidden safety problem caused by the change of driving motor when the cold storage door is switched, a wireless remote control system for the cold storage door based on Wi-Fi is developed. The system uses STM32 F103 C8 T6 as the main control chip, and designs the motor drive circuit, phase current detection circuit, undervoltage protection circuit and speed measurement circuit. Through the Wi-Fi serial port chip USR-WIFI232, the collected motor phase current and speed values are sent to the upper computer monitoring system, and the motor of the cold storage door is controlled in real time, which effectively eliminates the hidden safety hazards in the movement process of the cold storage door.
