摘    要:以培养跨学科复合型人才为目标,构建了智能制造学科交叉实验平台。该平台以微涡发动机核心零部件为载体,能够实现产品设计、加工制造、智能管理、物流服务等产品全生命运行和监控过程,包括智能设备层、智能采集与控制层、智能执行层、智能决策层的四层级架构体系。基于平台设计了三层次实验教学体系,开发了专业导论课程实验、模块化专题实验、系统级课程设计和毕业设计。该平台是西安交通大学开展新工科建设实践与探索的重要举措,为智能制造新工科专业的人才培养提供有力支撑。

Abstract:In order to train interdisciplinary and comprehensive talents, an interdisciplinary experimental platform for intelligent manufacturing is established. Based on the core components of micro-turbo engine, the platform can realize the whole-life operation and monitoring process of products such as product design, manufacturing, intelligent management and logistics services, including four-level architecture of intelligent equipment layer, intelligent acquisition and control layer, intelligent execution layer and intelligent decision-making layer. Based on the platform, a three-level experimental teaching system is designed, and the experiment for the introduction course, the experiment for the modular special subject, system-level curriculum design and graduation design are developed. This platform is an important measure for Xi’an Jiaotong University to carry out the practice and exploration of new engineering construction and provides strong support for the talent training in the New Engineering of Intelligent Manufacturing speciality.
