| 摘 要： | 在政府采购改革纵深发展的新环境下,在高等教育"双一流"建设快速发展的新背景下,在全面深化监察体制改革的新形势下,在"互联网+政务服务"的新要求下,如何为高校"双一流"建设提供合规、高效的管理服务是高校政府采购管理工作当前面临的新课题。围绕高校政府采购管理工作现状,结合工作实际,从制度体系、业务流程、内控机制、信息化建设等方面对新形势下做好高校政府采购管理工作提出了几点思考和建议。

| Abstract: | Under the new environment of deepening the reform of government procurement, under the new background of the "Double first-class" construction of higher education and under the new situation of comprehensively deepening the reform of the supervision system, how to provide a compliant and efficient management service for the "Double first-class" construction in colleges and universities under the new requirements of "Internet + government services" is a new topic facing the university government procurement management. Based on the current situation of university government procurement management, this paper puts forward some thoughts and suggestions on how to improve the management of university government procurement under the new situation from the aspects of system, business process, internal control mechanism and information construction. |
