| 摘 要： | 针对高校大型仪器设备存在封闭使用、重复购置、使用效率低等问题,在了解国内外现状以及国家和地方政策的基础上,分析了国内大型仪器设备共享平台发展过程中存在的主要问题。以北京工业大学为例,探讨了大型仪器设备开放共享多元模式的运行机制,其中包括大型仪器设备的来源、开放共享平台管理、实验技术人员队伍建设和人员激励机制等的多元模式。

| Abstract: | In view of the problems of the closed use,repeated purchase and low efficiency of large-scale instruments and equipment in colleges and universities,the main problems in the development of large-scale instrument sharing platform in China are analyzed on the basis of the understanding of the current situation at home and abroad and the understanding of the national and local policies.By taking Beijing University of Technology as an example,this paper discusses the operating mechanism of the multi-mode of the opening and sharing of large-scale instruments and equipment,which includes the source of large-scale instruments and equipment,management of the opening and sharing platform,team construction of experimental technicians,personnel incentive mechanism,etc. |
