摘    要:为研究多参数变化对轴承振动信号的影响,研制了能够同时监测多种工况参数,并能够对轴承振动与故障诊断进行多参数测量的实验平台。该平台实现了对实验轴承的动态加载,集成了用于测量多种参数的多种类型的传感器,以LabVIEW软件为开发平台,并结合Matlab软件,实现了对轴承振动信号的实时监测,对信号的处理、分析、存储、回放,以及对振动幅值的超标报警等多种功能。将该平台应用于传感技术课程实验教学,能够达到使学生应用传感元件设计传感监测系统的实践教学目标。

Abstract:In order to study the influence of the multi-parameter change on the bearing vibration signal,an experimental platform is developed,which can simultaneously monitor various working conditions and measure multi-parameters of the bearing vibration and fault diagnosis. In combination with the MATLAB software,the functions of real-time monitoring for the bearing vibration signal,signal processing,analysis,storage,playback,and alarm of excessive vibration amplitude are realized. Applying this platform to the experimental teaching of the sensor technology courses can achieve the practical teaching goal of helping students to design the sensor monitoring system by using sensor elements.
