摘    要:利用大学生科技创新项目,设计并制作了扇形微流控芯片。通过Cr3+在碱性条件下催化鲁米诺-过氧化氢的化学发光反应,实现了微流动注射化学发光体系对水中痕量Cr3+含量的检测。实验证明,该方法线性范围宽、精密度良好、灵敏度很高。该实验的开展大大锻炼了学生的科技创新能力。

Abstract:By using the scientific and technological innovation project for university students,a fan-like microfluidic chip is designed and fabricated.The determination of trace Cr^3+in water by microfluidic injection chemiluminescence system is realized by catalyzing the chemiluminescence reaction of luminol-hydrogen peroxide with Cr^3+under alkaline conditions.The experiment shows that the method has wide linear range,good precision and high sensitivity,which has greatly trained the students’ability of scientific and technological innovation.
