| 摘 要： | 该文针对高校创新实验室的特点和存在的不足,结合在新疆大学创新实验室获得的实际管理经验,总结出了学生主动参与、教师积极引导、教师与学生深度融合的创新实验室管理模式与实践人才培养体系。该模式在新疆大学创新实验室进行了实验,从近三年的实践效果来看,该管理模式和实践人才培养体系取得了较好的效果,不仅锻炼了学生多方面的能力,还节省了教师的管理时间,又能促进创新实验室健康发展。

| Abstract: | In view of the characteristics and shortcomings of innovative laboratories in colleges and universities and in combination with the practical management experience gained from the innovative laboratories in Xinjiang University, this paper summarizes an innovative laboratory management model and practical talent training system of students’ active participation, teachers’ active guidance and deep integration of teachers and students. The model has been tested in the innovation laboratory of Xinjiang University, and from the practical effect of the past three years, the management model and the training system of practical talents have achieved good results, which not only exercises students’ abilities in many aspects, but also saves teachers’ management time and promotes the healthy development of the innovative laboratory. |
