| 摘 要： | 该文通过借鉴法国工程师培养经验,对我国航空业人才工程实践能力提升要素作出分析,并结合中国民航大学中欧学院航空工程师培养实践,从校企协同运行机制、师资实践能力培养体系和学生实践培养体系创建及学生实践能力评价标准等四个方面,构建了符合国情、国际合作的校企协同实践教学创新模式。

| Abstract: | Based on the training experience of French engineers,this paper analyses the factors of improving the engineering practice ability of aviation talents in China in combination with the training practice of aviation engineers in Sino-European Institute of Aviation Engineering at Civil Aviation University of China.From the four aspects of the university-enterprise cooperative operation mechanism,the training system of teachers’practical ability,the establishment of students’practical ability training system and the evaluation criteria of students’practical ability,an innovative mode of university-enterprise cooperative practical teaching is established,which conforms to the national conditions and international cooperation. |
