| 摘 要： | 于对西南地区某大学免费师范生价值观、生活状况、学习状况等方面的问卷调查、个案访谈和座谈会，剖析了当前免费师范生的现状与问题，从免费师范生视角提出当前国家和学校应给予免费师范生更多的“关爱”，探讨了免费师范生回原籍所在地任教的合理年限，提出应建立相关心理咨询服务，以及形成一套有效的竞争激励机制，为师范生免费教育政策在西南地区的有效实施提供依据和建议。
