| 摘 要： | 供应链管理是一个包含多重文化的系统整体，如果处理不当，各节点企业的文化便会造成冲突和抵触，从而影响供应链管理的效果。文章从供应链管理与企业质量文化的内涵入手，分析了在供应链环境下企业质量文化的特征，在此基础上提出在供应链管理中如何发挥企业质量文化的融合作用，从而有效地提高供应链管理的效率。
