| 摘 要： | 随着Internet的迅猛发展，网络信息资源呈几何级数增长。面对浩如烟海的网络信息资源，如何对其进行组织与描述，以方便读者查找和利用，成为图书情报学界急待解决的问题。本文介绍了一种网络资源组织的新元数据标准――DublinCore的元素、限定词、特点和功能以及在世界各国的一些应用项目。
